Pens??

Hey, I was wondering If you knew how to make scoubidous round pens. I have seen it done but i dont know how you start it off and finish it.

Also does anyone know how to add another string to make a really long scoubidou.. after the origional ones have got too short?

Take a look here for adding another string. It's in Dutch but I think that you can understand by looking at the pictures.

For knotting around a pen: here is the link with pictures for a pen. You don't knot around a complete pen, just the bit with ink in it. Start with a knot that can be removed later. Knot one time and insert the pen in the middle of it. Than make more knots around the pen. Finish with cutting of the strings. You can also add small beads.
